Program Description:
To integrate is 'to make whole'. The value of any deep therapeutic work is, in part, dependent on our ability to reflect on and work with the material we are being offered. During this retreat we will explore the theme of integration from both a personal and professional perspective. In addition to using Grof Holotropic Breathwork and psychodramatic action methods, participants will be introduced to a variety of tools useful in exploring the themes / issues / insights/ motifs that have emerged during their work. Those modalities will include meditation, journal writing, dream work, movement, guided time in nature, art, and sacred ritual. This retreat will be highly experiential and invite participants into the realm of creative self-expression.
