Program Description:
This unique and experiential women's leadership training is designed for women activists, philanthropists, social entrepreneurs, and non-profit leaders - women of all cultures, ages, and backgrounds, who are working toward a more just, healthy and ecologically sane world. This training is an opportunity to learn how to better value and cultivate one's own leadership capacities, while connecting with a network of allies for ongoing support. Emphasizing the unique qualities and opportunities that women bring to leadership, Cultivating Women's Leadership will: help you to develop a stronger connection to your purpose, the source of authentic leadership; explore the nature of shared leadership; grow your relational intelligence with skills to help navigate diversity and develop collaborations; investigate challenges with competition, power, and internalized oppression; cultivate and experience a diverse regional network of women who can support each others leadership development; and develop an inner toolkit for cultivating one's leadership in an ongoing way.
